This July in Hong Kong: Wanitcha Sumanat Nominated for Rising Star in Arbitration on the Global Stage

1 May 2026, Hong Kong — Wanitcha Sumanat, President of the Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters, arbitrator, mediator, and legal linguist, has been nominated for the “Rising Star in Arbitration” award at the GLA X The Decennial Summit Hong Kong 2026. The event is scheduled to take place on 31 July 2026 at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

This award recognizes emerging arbitration professionals with outstanding potential, taking into account their capabilities in arbitral practice, rapid professional development, and a proven track record in both international and domestic arbitration forums.

This nomination reflects international recognition of Wanitcha’s contributions and role in the arbitration community, where her work has been acknowledged by global professional circles. กรกฎาคมนี้ เจอกันที่ฮ่องกง: “วณิชชา สุมานัส” ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัล Rising Star in Arbitration เวทีระดับโลก

1 พฤษภาคม 2569, ฮ่องกง — คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส นายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ อนุญาโตตุลาการ ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย และนักนิติภาษาศาสตร์วิชาชีพ ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัล “Rising Star in Arbitration” ภายใต้การจัดงาน GLA X The Decennial Summit Hong Kong 2026 ซึ่งมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศฮ่องกง (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre: HKIAC)

รางวัลในสาขาดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อยกย่องผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอนุญาโตตุลาการรุ่นใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพโดดเด่น โดยพิจารณาจากความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อนุญาโตตุลาการ การเติบโตทางวิชาชีพอย่างรวดเร็ว และผลงานที่เป็นที่ประจักษ์ทั้งในเวทีอนุญาโตตุลาการระดับนานาชาติและภายในประเทศ

การได้รับการเสนอชื่อในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงการยอมรับในผลงานและบทบาทของวณิชชาในแวดวงอนุญาโตตุลาการ ซึ่งได้รับการยกย่องจากชุมชนวิชาชีพระดับสากล โดยพิธีมอบรางวัลจะจัดขึ้นในช่วง GLA Commendation Segment ซึ่งเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่รวบรวมผู้นำและผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจด้านอนุญาโตตุลาการจากทั่วโลก

สมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ได้ประกาศหลักเกณฑ์และคุณสมบัติของผู้ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็น “นักแปลรับรอง (Certified Translators) และผู้รับรองการแปล (Translation Certification Providers) และล่ามรับรอง (Certified Interpreters)” ของสมาคม หมวดที่ 9 และหมวดที่ 10 ในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ของสำนักเลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรี ในสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ลงวันที่ 25 ก.ค. 2567 เล่มที่ 141 ตอนที่ 66 ง หน้า 100 อ่านฉบับเต็มได้ที่: นักแปลรับรอง ผู้รับรองการแปล และล่ามรับรอง

สำนักคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกาเสนอให้ตราเป็นพระราชกฤษฎีกา โดยกำหนดให้นักแปลที่ขึ้นทะเบียน รวมถึงผู้รับรองการแปลจากสมาคมวิชาชีพหรือสถาบันสอนภาษาที่มีการอบรมและขึ้นทะเบียน สามารถรับรองคำแปลได้ (จดหมายถึงสมาคม SEAProTI ลงวันที่ 28 เม.ย. 2568)
