SEAProTI, Bangkok International Hospital hold

19 December 2022, Bangkok - The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) and Bangkok International Hospital hold the hospital visit and seminar entitled "Professional Medical Interpreters in International Healthcare Setting" as part of the two-day "Professional Medical and Healthcare Interpreter" training program.

In this training program, Khun Wanitcha Sumanat, the president of SEAProTI, leads the training and gives the lecture on "Basic Medical Terminology for Hospital and Healthcare Interpreters". 

At the hospital visit, Khun Wiranee Winyarat, the interpreter manager at the Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), lectures on the management of hospital interpreters and technologies that assist the interpreters in the hospital. Khun Suchat Thong-on, a senior interpreter in Arabic-language Interpreting Service Department shows us interpreter stations at the hospital.  

At the end of the session, Honourable Preecha Wipavasuth, the vice president of SEAProTI, presents certificates of appreciation to the trainers and speakers in this training.
