นักแปลรับรอง (Certified Translators – CT): เป็นนักแปลที่ผ่านการสอบรับรองของสมาคม หรือได้รับการรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการว่าได้รักษามาตรฐานงานแปลระดับสูงอย่างต่อเนื่อง สามารถลงนามและประทับตราบนเอกสารแปลรับรองทางราชการ เช่น หนังสือเดินทาง ทะเบียนสมรส สัญญาทางกฎหมาย หรือเวชระเบียน

ผู้ให้การรับรองการแปล (Translation Certification Providers – TCP): เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เช่น นักแปลอาวุโสหรือนักกฎหมาย ซึ่งมีหน้าที่รับรองความถูกต้องและความน่าเชื่อถือของงานแปลที่ดำเนินการโดยนักแปลรับรอง
- ล่ามที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก SEAProTI (Certified Interpreters – CI): ถือเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ได้รับการรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการจากสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) โดยบุคคลเหล่านี้ได้ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่เข้มงวดตามที่สมาคมกำหนด และได้รับอนุญาตให้ให้บริการล่ามแบบรับรองในบริบทต่าง ๆ อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาชีพ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในด้านกฎหมาย การแพทย์ หรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
