SEAProTI President Serves as Interpreter at Thai-Indonesian-Australian Law Enforcement Cooperation Meeting
17 July 2025, Bangkok – Ms. Wanitcha Sumanat, President of the Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI), served as an interpreter during an official meeting and study visit involving representatives from the Indonesian National Police (NPI), the Jakarta Centre for Law Enforcement Cooperation (JCLEC), the Australian Federal Police (AFP), and the Australian Embassy in Thailand. The session featured an active exchange of knowledge and best practices in international law enforcement cooperation. The event was held at the Crime Suppression Division, Central Investigation Bureau, Royal Thai Police Headquarters.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations.
