SEAProTI and Partner Organizations Donate PPE and Coffins Worth Over 1 Million Baht to Support Vulnerable Communities Nationwide
June 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM – The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI), led by Secretary-General Mr. Preecha Watcharanai, in collaboration with the Association of Volunteer Reporters, Kochasri Radio Communication Center, and Police Magazine: The People’s Station, hosted a donation ceremony for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and coffins valued at over 1,000,000 baht to support public health operations and assist underprivileged individuals across Thailand.
The donation event was held in a simple but meaningful setting at the Kochasri Radio Communication Center office, with representatives from various agencies in attendance to receive the items and distribute them to remote communities in need.
This initiative aims to support the work of frontline personnel during emergencies, including natural disasters and pandemics, and offer moral and material support to struggling communities.

SEAProTI reaffirmed its commitment to continuing social initiatives in collaboration with media networks and volunteer communities to deliver ongoing assistance to those in need.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

วันที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2568, กรุงเทพมหานคร – ท่านปรีชา วัชระนัย เลขาธิการสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) และนายกสมาคมผู้สื่อข่าวอาสาสมัคร ศูนย์วิทยุคชสีห์ และนิตยสารตำรวจ สถานีประชาชน จัดพิธีส่งมอบ ชุด PPE และโลงศพ รวมมูลค่ากว่า 1,000,000 บาท เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจด้านสาธารณสุขและช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ขาดแคลน
พิธีมอบสิ่งของจัดขึ้นอย่างเรียบง่าย ณ สำนักงานศูนย์วิทยุคชสีห์ โดยมีตัวแทนจากหลายหน่วยงานเข้าร่วมรับมอบ เพื่อนำไปกระจายยังพื้นที่ห่างไกลที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ
การบริจาคครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ด่านหน้าในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ทั้งภัยพิบัติและโรคระบาด ตลอดจนเป็นกำลังใจให้กับชุมชนที่ประสบภาวะยากลำบาก
