Wanitcha Sumanat appointed as institutional arbitrator at THAC

As per the Thailand Arbitration Center Act, B.E. 2550 (2007), the Thailand Arbitration Center is obligated to facilitate, advance, and manage arbitration as a means of resolving disputes. The Thailand Arbitration Center, in accordance with the decision reached at Arbitrator Panel Committee Meeting No. 4/2023, hereby presents the Panel of Arbitrators, which consists of fourteen individuals. Among them is the president of the Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI), Wanitcha Sumanat.

The validity of the Panel of Arbitrators is for three years, or until December 31, 2026; in the event that this period expires, the Thailand Arbitration Center will reevaluate the panel in accordance with the terms of this announcement.
