Thailand Arbitration Center Announces New Panel of Arbitrators for 2023–2026
Bangkok, 22 November 2023 — The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) has officially issued its Announcement No. THAC0361.1/2023 on the appointment of the THAC Panel of Arbitrators, following the resolution of the Arbitrator Panel Committee Meeting No. 4/2023.
In accordance with the Thailand Arbitration Center Act B.E. 2550 (2007), which mandates THAC to promote, develop, and administer dispute resolution through arbitration, the Center has appointed a new Panel of 14 Arbitrators to serve for a term of three years, effective until 31 December 2026.
Among the distinguished arbitrators on the new panel is Khun Wanitcha Sumanat, recognized for her professional expertise and contribution to the field of arbitration and dispute resolution.
The Thailand Arbitration Center reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the quality and credibility of arbitration in Thailand, in line with international standards, to strengthen public and business confidence in the country’s dispute resolution system.

About Certified Translators, Translation Certifiers, and Certified Interpreters of SEAProTI
The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has formally announced the qualifications and requirements for registration of Certified Translators, Translation Certification Providers, and Certified Interpreters in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Gazette, published by the Secretariat of the Cabinet, Office of the Prime Minister of Thailand, on 25 July 2024 (Vol. 141, Part 66 Ng, p. 100). The Council of State has proposed the enactment of a Royal Decree, granting registered translators and recognized translation certifiers from professional associations or accredited language institutions the authority to provide legally valid translation certification (Letter to SEAProTI dated April 28, 2025)
SEAProTI is the first professional association in Thailand and Southeast Asia to implement a comprehensive certification system for translators, certifiers, and interpreters.

ศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการประเทศไทย (THAC) ประกาศรายชื่อคณะอนุญาโตตุลาการ ชุดปี 2566–2569
กรุงเทพมหานคร, วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2566 — ศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการประเทศไทย (Thailand Arbitration Center: THAC) ได้ออกประกาศ ฉบับที่ THAC0361.1/2023 เรื่อง “คณะอนุญาโตตุลาการของศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการประเทศไทย” ตามมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาคณะอนุญาโตตุลาการ ครั้งที่ 4/2566
โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามพระราชบัญญัติศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการ พ.ศ. 2550 ซึ่งกำหนดให้ศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการประเทศไทยมีหน้าที่ส่งเสริม พัฒนา และบริหารจัดการกระบวนการระงับข้อพิพาทโดยวิธีอนุญาโตตุลาการ ศูนย์ฯ จึงได้แต่งตั้ง คณะอนุญาโตตุลาการจำนวน 14 ท่าน เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในวาระระยะเวลา 3 ปี (พ.ศ. 2566–2569) มีผลจนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2569
ในรายชื่อคณะอนุญาโตตุลาการชุดนี้ มี คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส รวมอยู่ด้วย ซึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการระงับข้อพิพาทและการอนุญาโตตุลาการที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ
ศูนย์อนุญาโตตุลาการประเทศไทยยืนยันเจตนารมณ์ในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการระงับข้อพิพาทของประเทศให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสากล เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นแก่ภาคธุรกิจและประชาชน ตลอดจนส่งเสริมบทบาทของประเทศไทยให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการระงับข้อพิพาทในภูมิภาคอาเซียน

สมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ได้ประกาศหลักเกณฑ์และคุณสมบัติผู้ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็น “นักแปลรับรอง (Certified Translators) และผู้รับรองการแปล (Translation Certification Providers) และล่ามรับรอง (Certified Interpreters)” ของสมาคม หมวดที่ 9 และหมวดที่ 10 ในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ของสำนักเลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรี ในสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ลงวันที่ 25 ก.ค. 2567 เล่มที่ 141 ตอนที่ 66 ง หน้า 100 อ่านฉบับเต็มได้ที่: นักแปลรับรอง ผู้รับรองการแปล และล่ามรับรอง
สำนักคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกาเสนอให้ตราเป็นพระราชกฤษฎีกา โดยกำหนดให้นักแปลที่ขึ้นทะเบียน รวมถึงผู้รับรองการแปลจากสมาคมวิชาชีพหรือสถาบันสอนภาษาที่มีการอบรมและขึ้นทะเบียน สามารถรับรองคำแปลได้ (จดหมายถึงสมาคม SEAProTI ลงวันที่ 28 เม.ย. 2568)
