The seminar emphasized mediation as a vital alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism, offering a constructive solution that benefits both patients and healthcare providers by reducing adversarial litigation.

วันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2568, กรุงเทพมหานคร — ท่านปรีชา วิภวสูทธ์ อุปนายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ได้เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนา “การเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยแก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์” ณ โรงแรมโนโวเทล กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีแพทย์ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และนักศึกษาแพทย์เข้าร่วมเป็นจำนวนมาก
การจัดงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการระงับข้อพิพาทด้วยวิธีการไกล่เกลี่ย ซึ่งนับเป็นทางเลือกสำคัญในการลดข้อขัดแย้งระหว่างผู้รับบริการกับผู้ให้บริการด้านสาธารณสุข ท่ามกลางบริบทที่มีการฟ้องร้องระหว่างประชาชนกับแพทย์และสถานพยาบาลเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
