3. Have a registered capital of not less than 1,000,000 Thai Baht.
- This demonstrates financial stability and operational capacity as a professional language service provider.
4. Have reported revenue to the DBD for at least three consecutive years.
- This requirement ensures business continuity and transparency.
5. Have no criminal record.
- This criterion upholds the association’s ethical integrity and maintains public trust.

About Certified Translators, Translation Certifiers, and Certified Interpreters of SEAProTI

ประเภทสมาชิกนิติบุคคล (Corporate Member) ของ SEAProTI ถูกจัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อรองรับองค์กรธุรกิจที่ดำเนินกิจการด้านภาษาอย่างเป็นทางการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบริษัทแปลเอกสาร ศูนย์ล่าม หรือหน่วยงานที่ให้บริการด้านภาษาโดยตรง การเป็นสมาชิกในประเภทนี้ถือเป็นการแสดงเจตจำนงร่วมในการยกระดับมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความโปร่งใส และจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ
คุณสมบัติของสมาชิกนิติบุคคล
ตามระเบียบของสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI, 2025) ผู้สมัครสมาชิกนิติบุคคลต้องมีคุณสมบัติหลักดังต่อไปนี้
1. กรอกใบสมัครและยื่นเอกสารครบถ้วน
- ผู้สมัครต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มการสมัครและแนบเอกสารประกอบ ได้แก่ หนังสือรับรองนิติบุคคล สำเนาหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ รายชื่อผู้บริหาร และเอกสารภาษีประจำปี เพื่อให้สมาคมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความน่าเชื่อถือขององค์กร
2. เป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า (DBD)
- ต้องอยู่ในหมวดธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแปล การล่าม หรือบริการทางภาษาที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร เช่น บริษัทแปล ศูนย์ล่าม หรือธุรกิจสนับสนุนด้านภาษา
3. มีทุนจดทะเบียนไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านบาทถ้วน)
- เพื่อแสดงถึงเสถียรภาพทางการเงินและความสามารถในการดำเนินธุรกิจในระดับมืออาชีพ
4. มีการส่งรายได้กับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าอย่างน้อย 3 ปีติดต่อกัน
- เพื่อยืนยันความต่อเนื่องของการดำเนินธุรกิจและความโปร่งใสทางการเงิน
5. ไม่เคยมีประวัติอาชญากรรมใด ๆ
- เพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งจรรยาบรรณและความน่าเชื่อถือขององค์กรในเครือข่ายสมาคม
สิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิกนิติบุคคล
การเป็นสมาชิกนิติบุคคลของ SEAProTI นำมาซึ่งสิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งในด้านวิชาชีพ เครือข่าย และภาพลักษณ์องค์กร ดังนี้
สิทธิ์ในการใช้ตราสัญลักษณ์ “SEAProTI Corporate Member” บนเว็บไซต์ เอกสารทางธุรกิจ หรือสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อแสดงสถานะความเป็นมืออาชีพในระดับภูมิภาค
สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาวิชาชีพ (CPD) และสัมมนาเฉพาะทางที่จัดโดยสมาคม เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในองค์กร
สิทธิ์เสนอชื่อผู้แทนองค์กร เข้าร่วมการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี และสามารถเข้าร่วมในคณะกรรมการหรือคณะทำงานเฉพาะด้าน
สิทธิ์ในการรับส่วนลดพิเศษ สำหรับหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การรับรองมาตรฐาน และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวิชาชีพ
สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค (Regional Collaboration) เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และแนวทางการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมภาษาร่วมกับประเทศสมาชิกในอาเซียน
การส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค
การรวมกลุ่มขององค์กรด้านภาษาภายใต้ SEAProTI เป็นการสร้างระบบนิเวศแห่งความร่วมมือที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมในภาพรวม สมาคมทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานรัฐ เอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษา เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนามาตรฐานการแปลและการล่าม รวมทั้งผลักดันให้เกิดการรับรองวิชาชีพระดับภูมิภาคที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล

สำนักคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกาเสนอให้ตราเป็นพระราชกฤษฎีกา โดยกำหนดให้นักแปลที่ขึ้นทะเบียน รวมถึงผู้รับรองการแปลจากสมาคมวิชาชีพหรือสถาบันสอนภาษาที่มีการอบรมและขึ้นทะเบียน สามารถรับรองคำแปลได้ (จดหมายถึงสมาคม SEAProTI ลงวันที่ 28 เม.ย. 2568)
