SEAProTI Board Member Attends Mediation Process Management Training (Class 24)
25 May 2025, Bangkok – NaNaree Chanpleng, Board Member of the Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI), Arbitrator, and Mediator, participated in the Mediation Process Management Skills Training Course for the Executive Committee of the People’s Dispute Mediation Center, Class 24, held from 24 to 26 May 2025 at the 2nd Floor Training Room, Avena Grand Hotel, Bangkok.
This training aimed to enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in organizing effective mediation processes. It focused on empowering individuals involved in the administration and coordination of community-based mediation centers across various localities.
Chanpleng’s participation reflects his continued commitment to advancing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms and supporting sustainable mediation frameworks in Thai society and the broader ASEAN region
SEAProTI’s certified translators, translation certification providers, and certified interpreters:
The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

25 พฤษภาคม 2568, กรุงเทพมหานคร – ท่าน ณ เณร จันทร์เปล่ง กรรมการสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) อนุญาโตตุลาการ และผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรทักษะการจัดกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยสำหรับคณะทำงานบริหารประจำศูนย์ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทภาคประชาชน รุ่นที่ 24 ระหว่างวันที่ 24 – 26 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ณ ห้องอบรมชั้น 2 โรงแรมเอวินา แกรนด์ กรุงเทพฯ
การฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติในการจัดกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมุ่งเสริมสร้างศักยภาพแก่ผู้ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานหรือบริหารศูนย์ไกล่เกลี่ยภาคประชาชนในระดับพื้นที่
การเข้าร่วมอบรมของท่านณ เณรในครั้งนี้ เป็นอีกหนึ่งบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านกระบวนการยุติธรรมทางเลือก และสนับสนุนการสร้างกลไกไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทอย่างยั่งยืนในสังคมไทยและภูมิภาคอาเซียน

สมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ได้ประกาศหลักเกณฑ์และคุณสมบัติผู้ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็น “นักแปลรับรอง (Certified Translators) และผู้รับรองการแปล (Translation Certification Providers) และล่ามรับรอง (Certified Interpreters)” ของสมาคม หมวดที่ 9 และหมวดที่ 10 ในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ของสำนักเลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรี ในสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ลงวันที่ 25 ก.ค. 2567 เล่มที่ 141 ตอนที่ 66 ง หน้า 100 อ่านฉบับเต็มได้ที่: นักแปลรับรอง ผู้รับรองการแปล และล่ามรับรอง
