Mr. Preecha Wipavasut, SEAProTI Vice President, Serves as a Judge at ADR Chula’s Mediation and Negotiation Competition
From January 16–17, 2025, the ADR Chula Club proudly organized the Mediation and Negotiation Competition as part of the Law Chula Academic Festival 2025. The event brought together teams of mediators and negotiators, providing them with a unique opportunity to engage in simulated dispute resolution and apply practical negotiation skills through challenging case scenarios. Participants received personalized feedback from a panel of distinguished judges following each round.
This successful event was made possible through the invaluable contributions of our esteemed judges and speakers. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Thaevan Uthaivath, who delivered an insightful lecture on the topic “Mediation and Negotiation Competition”, equipping participants with essential frameworks and strategic guidance.
We are also deeply honored by the presence of three highly respected experts in the field of mediation and negotiation: Ms. Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, Ms. Peachya Thammapitagkul, and Mr. Preecha Wipavasut, Vice President of SEAProTI. Their role as adjudicators added immense value to the competition, offering participants critical insights grounded in real-world dispute resolution practices.
On behalf of the ADR Chula Club, we hope that all participants found the experience intellectually enriching and practically valuable. Once again, we express our heartfelt thanks to the speakers, judges, and all involved for making this event a resounding success. SEAProTI’s certified translators, translation certification providers, and certified interpreters:
The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

เมื่อวันที่ 16–17 มกราคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา สโมสร ADR Chula ได้จัดการแข่งขัน การไกล่เกลี่ยและการเจรจา ภายใต้กิจกรรม Law Chula Academic Festival 2025 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะด้านการระงับข้อพิพาทอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ผ่านบทบาทสมมติที่เปิดโอกาสให้ทีมผู้เข้าแข่งขัน ทั้งในบทบาท “ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย” และ “ผู้เจรจา” ได้แสดงศักยภาพในการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ แก้ไขปัญหา และสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมรับคำแนะนำเชิงลึกจากคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหลังจบการแข่งขันแต่ละรอบ
การแข่งขันครั้งนี้จะไม่อาจประสบความสำเร็จได้ หากปราศจากการสนับสนุนจากวิทยากรและคณะกรรมการผู้เปี่ยมด้วยประสบการณ์ ทางสโมสรขอแสดงความขอบคุณอย่างยิ่งต่อ คุณเทวัญ อุทัยวัฒน์ สำหรับการบรรยายที่ให้ทั้งความรู้และมุมมองเชิงกลยุทธ์ในหัวข้อ “การแข่งขันไกล่เกลี่ยและการเจรจา” ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมากต่อผู้เข้าแข่งขัน
