Mr. Preecha Wipavasut, SEAProTI Vice President, Attends the Artillery Division Anniversary at Her Majesty Queen Sirikit Camp, Lopburi
On April 9, 2025, Mr. Preecha Wipavasut, Vice President of the Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI), participated in the anniversary celebration of the Artillery Division at Her Majesty Queen Sirikit Camp in Lopburi Province. The event was hosted by Major General Worakarn Hoontarakul, a fellow graduate of the Public Sector Executive Program (Class 22) and current Commander of the Division.
Mr. Preecha’s presence at the event highlights his strong connections across multiple sectors, including the legal field, dispute resolution community, and government agencies. His engagement also reflects his ongoing support for the role of translators and interpreters in national security and the justice system.
In addition to serving as SEAProTI’s Vice President, Mr. Preecha plays a pivotal role in both domestic and international justice systems. He currently serves as a court mediator, a domestic and international arbitrator, and an associate judge in Thai courts. His broad vision and firm commitment to promoting professional dispute resolution have made him a key figure in advancing mediation and arbitration mechanisms, enhancing access to justice for all, and supporting the work of translators and interpreters in legal settings.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

ท่านปรีชา วิภวสูทธ์ อุปนายก SEAProTI ร่วมงานวันสถาปนากองพลทหารปืนใหญ่ ค่ายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯ ลพบุรี
เมื่อวันที่ 9 เมษายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ท่านปรีชา วิภวสูทธ์ อุปนายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ได้เข้าร่วมงานวันสถาปนากองพลทหารปืนใหญ่ ณ ค่ายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯ จังหวัดลพบุรี โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก พลตรี วรการ ฮุ่นตระกูล เพื่อนร่วมรุ่น พสบ.22 และผู้บัญชาการกองพลคนปัจจุบัน เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน
การเข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นของท่านปรีชา กับบุคคลในหลากหลายภาคส่วน ทั้งในแวดวงกฎหมาย การระงับข้อพิพาท ตลอดจนภาครัฐ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมบทบาทของนักแปลและล่ามในบริบทของความมั่นคงและกระบวนการยุติธรรม
ท่านปรีชา วิภวสูทธ์ ไม่เพียงแต่ดำรงตำแหน่งอุปนายกของ SEAProTI เท่านั้น แต่ยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในกระบวนการยุติธรรมของประเทศไทยและในระดับนานาชาติ ในฐานะผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยศาล อนุญาโตตุลาการทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ รวมถึงผู้พิพากษาสมทบในศาลไทย ท่านเป็นหนึ่งในผู้มีบทบาทผลักดันกลไกการระงับข้อพิพาทให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และเปิดกว้างสำหรับประชาชนทุกกลุ่มอย่างแท้จริง
ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์อันกว้างไกลและความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาอาชีพนักแปลและล่าม ท่านปรีชาได้มีบทบาทอย่างยิ่งในการยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ทั้งในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับสากล สมาคมฯ จึงรู้สึกภาคภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่มีผู้นำผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและอุทิศตนเพื่อสาธารณะเช่นท่าน เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนักวิชาชีพรุ่นใหม่ และเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความรู้ ความสามารถ และจิตอาสาในสายงานภาษาศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ร่วมสมัย
